Ryan Ong - Black Knight Learning & Development

A sudden change of circumstances in 2018 led Ryan to join Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, founded by world-renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell. It introduced him to the art of Coaching and its impact on drawing out individuals' potential. Ryan then felt a calling to develop others with what he learnt. In 2019, he took a leap of faith and started Black Knight, positively impacting people's lives along the way.

Ryan's ability to listen attentively helps him to build rapport with clients quickly. A coach does not seek to provide answers. Instead, Ryan provides the environment for clients to search meaningful answers from within. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, he helps working professionals, entrepreneurs and youths in discovering their unique talents with CliftonStrengths. Through intentional conversations, they begin to see their situations in a different light and thus finding new ways to overcome their challenges.
