Women artists, like in any other field, are underrepresented, offered less opportunities and paid less. We need positive change and in order to achieve that we need to stand up and let our voices be loud'

Lecture on gender equality in art and discussion on the current status of women artists in the society in terms of representation, visibility, opportunities and payment.

About the Speaker:

Ioana Cobzaru: a visual artist, independent curator, and moderator (Equal member) with 26 years of experience in both art and science/business environment. As a curator ,I specialized amongst others in gender equality and diversity and inclusion. I have a strong opinion where we should be as women in art and drive the positive change as much as I can!
