It doesn't matter the age. We accept all ages!

Do I need to bring my swimming equipment?

Yes, you would have to bring a towel, swimming suit, goggles and a cap.

Are you an amateur swimmer? Or maybe a triathlete or an open-water swimmer? Or maybe you want to get back into swimming to improve your technique, stamina, or speed. Come and swim with us in a nice environment at Friedship SportCentre. Everyone is welcome!

How it works?

The first lesson is 5 Euro, join the lesson on whichever Thursday you want.
Participate in the lesson and get Feedback from our coaches.
The coach will explain how you register and how we operate.
