❤️ Rules of the Game
This board game is played in English between 4-7 players in a joyful and collaborative way. It is held at a location of a coaching practice and facilitated by a certified professional coach. In the beginning every player sets a specific intention to create change in some area of their lives. The intention is shared with other players, who then, together with the facilitator, support each other in reaching their objective.
❤️ Timing
The game unfolds according to its own wisdom and may take anything between 4 to 7 hours. It is best to set some quiet time for yourself in the evening and not to plan other social engagements in the evening directly after the game. This will allow you the space to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

LaMatu Coaching Practice is located in the VERTICAL building right opposite the NS Station Amsterdam Sloterdijk, West of Westerpark. Being the 10th biggest train station in the Netherlands, Sloterdijk offers excellent public transport connection not only within Amsterdam and Randstad region, but also with the rest of the country. In addition to the trains, you can reach Amsterdam Sloterdijk by:

Frequently asked questions
We aim to start the game at 11:11 with an intention-setting ritual, so please aim to be here by 11:00 a.m. The entire game can take up to 7 hours, so that you can make it home for a reasonably late dinner. Please allow yourself the time and space to enjoy the game in a relaxed and undistracted way.
We will be taking one long lunch break during the day. As for shorter breaks, It is up to the group to decide how often and for long we pause. The drinks are served throughout the game, so there is no need for a formal breaks.
I recommend not to plan any other activities on the same evening so that you can be fully present for yourself and other players until the very end.
Please take some time ahead of the workshop to determine what kind of transformation you are seeking in your life. The clearer your intention, the more powerful the game will be. I recommend starting with a topic that deeply matters to you. The topic may be related to any life area of your choice.
Do you know that you want to create change in your life but find it difficult to formulate a clear intention? Don’t worry. A positive intention, no matter how vague it may initially sound, is already a good start!
Come as you are. Everything that is needed for the day is taken care of. Optional: you will receive a booklet and a pencil from me, but if you prefer to make notes in your personal journal, please bring it with you.
