Over dit evenement

  • Evenement duurt 2 uren 30 minuten

Joseph Scorselo, coach-psychologist, and Leonard Khirug, coach-neuroscientist have spent the last two years discussing the delicate balance between the mind and body.

Rather than advocating for a strict mind-body division, or attempting to “bridge the gap” as Cartesian dualism might suggest, they accept the premise that mind and body are intrinsically linked. All things affect all other things—our thoughts, feelings, and actions are born out of the subtle and continuous communication between mind and body.

In re-embodied cognition, they recognize that our intellectual faculties, while important, are not the sole drivers of our behavior. Instead, our bodies through sensation, movement, and emotion play an equally critical role in shaping our decisions, reactions, and overall well-being. Understanding this harmonious balance enhances our experiences in life and helps us navigate its challenges and shape the realities in which we live.

What You’ll Learn:

● The Significance of High-Quality Internal Dialogues

● The Synthesis Between Internal Dialogues and Effective Behavioral Changes

● Understanding the Various Meanings of Physiological Signals

● The Role of Imagination in Shaping one's Reality and Effecting Desired Changes

● What is Perception (The Importance and Deficiencies of a Fixed Belief System)
