This workshop is designed to increase your appreciation and awareness of your personal creative patterns, and empowering you to use self-care and specific practices to boost your flow states.

This workshop combines ancient wisdom with modern creative practices to help you discover **your unique creative patterns** and develop **sustainable strategies** for maintaining creative momentum.

18:00-18:30 Walk-in
18:30-18:45 Introduction & Talk: defining creativity and flow states, exploring the overlap of ancient philosophies such as the yogic texts with modern knowledge.
18:45-19:15 Guided Self-Reflection Session using an exclusive Worksheet: increasing awareness of our individual creativity, creative blocks and discovering our personal “flow patterns”
19:15-19:30 Group Reflection: How to utilise individual patterns to increase creativity & break creative blocks.

What to bring?
Optional: Pens and paper are provided in the workshop, but feel free to bring your notebook and your favourite pen.
Recommended: Comfortable clothing as you'll be seated for most of the workshop.
