Harnessing your Inner Critic: Discerning Nonsense from Realistic Thinking

Our inner critic often misleads us into giving up on our aspirations or blocking us from even taking small supportive steps in our lives. But not always. In this interactive workshop, you'll get intimate with your inner critic, learn how to discern between what's negative and useless chatter or reasonable and constructive concerns. You'll leave the workshop having practiced how to navigate your inner critic in a more supportive way and hopefully feeling clearer and lighter.  Expect humour, compassion and some good wholesome humanity.
