We’re The Brainfreeze Club.
We’re all about creating a relaxed and approachable space to talk about mental health. Nothing too formal or heavy, just honest conversations that help us understand ourselves and each other better. We run monthly FREE sessions that focus on different aspects of mental health, designed to be engaging and low-key.

In 2025, we’re taking things to the next level with: Themes & Topics. Here’s how it works: each year, we’ll focus on 3 major themes. Within each theme, we’ll run 3 workshops that explore specific topics in a practical, down-to-earth way. Think of it as a deeper dive.

We’re kicking off 2025 with an important theme: Physical Health & Mental Health.

No worries, you can attend every session on it's own but it would give a more complete overview of the specific theme if you would follow all session regarding this topic.

So, if you’re curious about mental health or just want to find a place where you can learn, connect, and grow, we’d love to have you join us.

We will always have a drink and a snack ready for you during the session.
