What to expect?
A high energy, low impact time under tension training. You will be pulsing, moving (maybe dancing a little in between sets) to the beat whilst building strength and endurance through deep tissue work for both larger & small supporting muscle groups.
Improvement of posture, alignment, balance, coordination and mobility while obtaining overall more body awareness, in combination of sculpting, toning, and elongating muscles.
After the workout we will close off the session together with a juicy, grounding cool down before heading off.
Start time is 11:00, arrivals from 10:45, please be on time.
