About this event

Start your week with a live morning routine and set the stage for a great week with a guided goal-setting exercise at this awesome new location of the inspiring co-working brand, Startdock.

In collaboration with the awesome co-working community and brand Startdock, I am organizing a new edition of MaxYourMonday.

The live morning routine

  1. I will first guide your through a short mediation and help you get in the right energy and mindset
  2. Next, we will do a yoga inspired mobility and mindfulness routine infused with powerfull breathwork routines to awaken your body and mind
  3. Then the volume goes up, the energy go up and I will get you into that winner's high using an unique sequence of powerpose and high energy exercises.
  4. We will finish with celebration routine that will l make you feel liberated and energized like before

But that's not all.

A morning routine is not complete without setting an intention and creating a vision for the day ahead. Shorombo will give you a simple exercise that will help you set your intention or goals for the week. To finish off, there will be a nice breakfast included to give you a chance to meet fellow change markers, share your goals and ambitions and ambitions and have a drink and cheers to the week ahead.

I promise you, you will feel energized, optimistic and ready to tackle the week.

What do I wear?

It is best to dress with loose-fitting clothes as you will be moving. The routine is designed to be accessible to all so no burpees or any of those heavy BootCamp exercises ?

About the location

The Live Morning Routine takes places in a beautiful downtown coworking building. Afterwards, you are free to stay and work for the day, however, purchasing of a day pass is necessary. Discounts may apply.
