About this workshop: Looking for a job in the Netherlands can be challenging for expats because the process is sometimes very different to what they’re used to in their home countries. There are many small cultural differences in the Dutch labour market that make a big difference when trying to land a job here.  Xelvin is here to help you navigate these challenges.

This workshop is designed to help expats like you unlock the door to exciting job opportunities in the Netherlands. This workshop focuses on understanding the Dutch labour market, its culture, and unique quirks. Participants will learn how to research companies, identify opportunities, and adapt to the Dutch working environment. Moreover, you’ll learn more about the direct style of Dutch communication, the importance of customising each job application, and more tips on how to boost your job prospects in the Netherlands. 

Xelvin is an international recruitment agency based in the Netherlands that helps expats who are already in the Netherlands and those who are still living abroad. They help connect engineers, technicians and other technical professionals at a Diploma, Bachelors or Masters level with international and Dutch companies based in the Netherlands.
