Join us for a transformative two-hour journey of Shamanic Breathwork and Sound Healing, where we come together in a supportive space to reconnect with ourselves and release what no longer serves us.

- We’ll begin with an opening circle, grounding ourselves and setting intentions for the experience.
- Explore the history and techniques of breathwork, hear my personal story, and learn about the powerful benefits of this practice.
- Engage in simple exercises to heighten self-awareness and presence.
- Dive into a guided Shamanic Breathwork session, allowing your breath to guide you to inner clarity and release.
- Surrender into deep relaxation as we close with a soothing sound healing session, featuring beautiful shamanic sounds created by myself and Will Duarte.
