In this masterclass you learn why it is so important to negotiate for yourself as a woman and the basic principles of how you can do that. Studies show that women are very competent in negotiation. But especially if they have to do that for someone else: to negotiate for themselves, many women find difficult. After this master class we hope that you look differently at negotiating, and that you also feel much more secure about the fact that you negotiate at all. Maybe you will even like it! (And no worries, we will not be doing any role-playing exercises!)

Marij and Fransje worked for a long time at a large HR company, where they had daily salary negotiations with applicants. They were constantly confronted with the fact that women and men negotiate their salary in a different way, and they want to change something about this.
