Join us for a unique and transformative experience that combines Spinal Energetics with the grounding energy of ceremonial-grade matcha.

Spinal Energetics is a gentle yet powerful practice that helps release tension (trauma) stored in the body and mind. Through light touch, breathwork, and subtle movements, this practice activates the body’s natural intelligence, allowing you to let go of stress, process emotions, and reconnect with your inner calm by regulating your nervous system.

To enhance this experience, we’ll begin with setting intentions over matcha. Known for its ability to bring mental clarity and focus, matcha helps you enter a relaxed and open state, making it easier to tune into your body’s energy and the healing process.

Whether you’re new to energy work or have explored it before, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to unwind and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Together, we’ll create a shared energy that amplifies the healing experience for everyone in the room.

This session is led by Erika Mari, a Japanese-American energy healer currently based in Amsterdam. She combines coaching (Martha Beck's Wayfinding method) with Spinal Energetics to help people level-up by releasing past trauma and the limiting beliefs attached to them.

  • Water bottle 
  • Comfortable clothing you can move around in (and dress in layers as you may start cool and end warm, or vice versa)
  • If you’d like, your own yoga mat for added comfort

What can I expect during the session?

We will begin by connecting and sharing matcha with each other. You will then be invited to lie down and be guided into circular breathing to carry you into the Spinal Energetics portion of the session. While you breathe, Erika will come around and apply both group and individualistic energy healing. After a generous amount of time for integration, you'll be guided back up, and offered space to share and connect with each other again before the session closes.

This event is not suitable for those with:

  • Pregnancy: during the first trimester of pregnancy
  • Diagnosed Severe PTSD or other severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis) 

  • Currently taking a heavy dose of medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
  • Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries (within last 6 months)
  • Epilepsy
  • History of seizures
  • History or diagnosis of aneurysms 

  • Cardiovascular problems or severe asthma

  • Heart disease or heart conditions 

  • Caffeine intolerance

What is Spinal Energetics?

It's an energy healing modality aimed to regulate the nervous system and stabilize the energy within and surrounding the body. This rebalancing occurs when you work through and let go of blockages such as physical knots and tension, limiting beliefs, and allowing stuck emotions to surface.

How do I know this modality is for me?

Aside from the list of contraindications (including caffeine sensitivity) which would disqualify participants from receiving treatment, Spinal Energetics is suitable for anyone. It is especially effective for those who have previously received some form of energy healing or practive breathwork.

Why are you combining Spinal Energetics with matcha?

Matcha contains wonderful properties which support mental clarity and focus. This allows you to set and hold your specific intention as you journey into your healing process. Maintaining presence and conscious awareness allows you to dive deeper.

How should I prepare for the session?

In order for your body to focus on clearing blockages rather than digesting food, it's best to not eat 2 hours before the session. However, please do eat something beforehand as matcha can cause an upset stomach if consumed on an empty stomach. It is also advised to come with an intention to heal.
