Step into a transformative experience with Spinal Energetics, an integrative practice blending Eastern and Western philosophies to engage with the spine, nervous system, and energy pathways of the body. This practice creates a gentle yet profound release of physical, emotional, and energetic tension, promoting deep self-awareness and balance. Working in a group amplifies the healing experience, enhancing each participant’s journey through shared intent and connection.
To deepen this process, we’ll open with ceremonial-grade matcha, revered for it’s association with mental clarity, heightened intuition, and grounding the body’s energy. Matcha can help to reach a receptive state, allowing the energy work to unfold with greater depth. Held in a safe container, this event will help you release repressed emotions, process experiences, and reconnect with your most centered self.
Whether new or experienced in energy work, this workshop offers a supportive, nourishing space for you to explore and release in harmony with the body’s natural rhythms.
Provided:
- Yoga Mats
- Blankets
- Eye pillows
- Meditation cushions
What to bring:
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothing you can move around in (and dress in layers as you may start cool and end warm, or vice versa)
- Journal and pen (if you prefer to process via writing)
- Your own yoga mat for added comfort
What can I expect during the session?
We will begin by connecting and sharing matcha with each other. You will then be invited to lie down and be guided into circular breathing to carry you into the Spinal Energetics portion of the session. While you breathe, the practitioner will come around and apply both group and individualistic energy healing. After a generous amount of time for integration, you'll be guided back up, and offered space to share and connect with each other again before the session closes.
