About this event:
This edition we, 7people, teams up with OpenUp to talk about mental wellbeing. More importantly, what can we do to contribute to the (mental) well-being of employees?

It's a topic that relates to all of us, as human beings ánd professionals. There's so much knowledge available, it can be overwhelming to pick out the useful things. That's why we invited Lizzy McCormick, psychologist & trainer at OpenUp, to bust some myths and help us gain practical knowledge on the topic.

Expect to get served bites of knowledge, along with interactive exercises. At the end of the session, there's time for connecting with your peers.

Who Should Attend:
This workshop is ideal for HR business partners, People Leads, team managers, and anyone interested in positively contributing to mental well-being at work.

Over plenty of active learning and food/drinks with your peers, we will cover:

  • What is mental wellbeing (at work)?
  • How do you recognise (declining) mental wellbeing at work?- What could you do to foster mental wellbeing within your company?
  • What role could you take on when a colleague struggles with mental wellbeing?
  • Extensive Q&A - ask us anything!

We know that it can be lonely in HR, and believe that to learn you don't (necessarily) need to go to expensive multiple day courses. That's why we organize these Meet Ups.
