During this Meet-Up, you'll learn how you can help your organization set and use goals effectively. Koen will guide us through a hands-on approach to working with OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), a goal-setting method that can drive clarity, accountability, and alignment across teams.

We’ll explore how HR can move beyond setting their own team’s goals, and instead become a key player in supporting the rest of the organization to work with goals in a way that actually sticks.
