‘PARLOUR Presents:’ is a series where we highlight independent music labels, curators, booking agents, and artists, opening our space as a blank canvas for whatever shade of artistry they choose to present on our stage.
This time, join the band everyone is talking about—DOCTOR SLEEP—as they debut the music video for their new song 'Get A Job'! The evening will also include performances by the band and promising local acts, including the video’s director Loeki van der Horst, performing under her stage name KINT.

DOCTOR SLEEP
What do you get when you mix two twin brothers from Rotterdam with a weirdo from Brooklyn? The answer apparently is some rather kickass psych rock. Featuring members of J.C. Thomaz and the Missing Slippers, CSC Funk Band and The Sweetheartz of the Psychic Rodeo, Doctor Sleep will wake you up and get you going. Their debut EP recorded at Studio Assie in Rotterdam and mastered at Abbey Road in London is already turning heads and converting holdouts all around town.
KINT
This Dutch artist combines multiple music genres like rap, EBM, electroclash and industrial in her music. She sings/raps surreal and poetic lyrics and would describe most of her music as experimental. With her theatrical and conceptual style on stage in which she's sharing her personal stories with the audience she's here to make us experience something new.
JOSEPH WILDE
Joseph Wilde is a singer-songwriter from France performing acoustic versions of songs from his EP and debut album released in Amsterdam. While pledging an allegiance to indie and alternative rock it it is Joseph’s unique chord voicings and his arrangement choices that set his music apart from the pack.
THOMAS KELDER
Thomas Kelder is a 22-year-old Amsterdam-based solo performer, crafting songs using only his voice and acoustic guitar. Blending folk and indie influences, Tom’s music is driven by strong melodies and revealing storytelling.
