Antiek Tattoo Amsterdam is excited to announce a vibrant and unique event this December 8, a blend of art, culture, and music, showcasing our first-ever original art sale and exhibition! Join us for an unforgettable evening from 4pm to 9pm, where we’ll be unveiling over 100 distinctive pieces by both resident and guest artists in an energetic, salon-style setting.
This isn’t a typical average art sale; it’s an all-out celebration of tattoo culture. Expect music, ruffle prizes, tasty drinks, and an electric atmosphere. Guests will have the chance to explore and acquire exclusive pieces from four dynamic exhibitions:
Year of the Dragon and Year of the Tiger, two compelling showcases that draw on mythical inspirations, offering powerful visual stories and intricate design;
Love Letters, Paños Chicanos by Don Pank, a feature of new works from the Argentinian tattoo artist Don Pank, known for his bold and visionary style;
Recent works, an exhibition of fresh pieces created by our resident tattoo artists, each a unique work of art ready for your collection.
And there’s more! From Saturday, November 9, 2024, through January 18, 2025, this killer exhibition will remain open to the public, allowing everyone to visit, appreciate, and acquire original art pieces reflecting a diverse array of tattoo styles and techniques, including Black and Grey, Old School, Japanese, and Realism. With works in oil, acrylic, pencil, and watercolour, each piece captures the artistry and passion of the tattoo world.
This is a once in 11 years celebration of art, community, and creativity at Antiek Tattoo. Mark your calendars, and don’t miss your chance to enjoy this vibrant gathering on December 8. We look forward to welcoming you to Antiek Tattoo Amsterdam!
