About this event

In the Netherlands, the majority of tourists and business travelers come from neighboring Germany. This workshop helps participants communicate and cooperate effectively across borders and offers cultural insights and practical skills for the GER-NL (business and private) context. The workshop highlights the different communication styles (Dutch directness vs. German precision), Work Ethics and Business Culture (Dutch informal approach vs. German hierarchical structures), Time Management (Dutch flexibility vs. German punctuality), Meeting Culture and Decision Making (Polder Model vs. "Chefsache") and Giving Feedback (Dutch openness vs. German diplomacy).

The price p. p. for this open-enrolment training is €595 ex VAT for the 2.5-hrs. workshop. Discounts for registrations of 3 or more attendants per company possible. Contact dani@danibu.com for special rates. Or - make it your fully tailored in-company session, dedicated to your team's need, at any preferred location, time and duration.
