Join us for an immersive 2-hour journey into connection and self-discovery at When Nature Calls.

This workshop is designed to help you cultivate intimacy, resilience, and well-being through a shared exploration of nature and community. With guided movement, reflective questioning, and intentional feedback exercises, you’ll deepen your self-awareness and sense of belonging in a safe, supportive environment—just in time for the holiday season’s unique challenges.

Event Highlights


Welcome and Opening Circle

Meet your fellow participants in a safe, inclusive space as we set the tone for the afternoon. We’ll cover intentions, introduce group agreements for confidentiality and respectful listening, and go over any event logistics to create a comfortable environment for all.


Grounding and Embodiment Movement Practice

Unwind and ground yourself through a gentle, guided movement session. Combining breathwork, light stretching, and mindful movement, this session will help you connect with your body and become fully present in the space.


Partner Pairing through Nature Connection

Engage in a playful, nature-inspired activity to form groups. You’ll select a natural item (like a leaf, stone, or shell) from a shared tray, and connect with your match, creating an organic start to your partnership for the evening.


Guided Inquiry Activity

Dive into meaningful conversations with your partner(s) through a series of themed inquiry cards. Topics like Leadership, Creativity, and Connection encourage open sharing and active listening, while giving and receiving constructive feedback will foster a sense of vulnerability and appreciation.


Group Reflection and Sharing

We reflect as a whole group on the evening’s experiences. This open forum invites you to share personal insights, surprises, and takeaways, highlighting the power of authentic connection and self-discovery.


Closing Circle and Integration

We’ll close the workshop with a brief round of closing words, where each person can share a word or takeaway from the experience. A final grounding short group meditation will seal the evening, leaving you with a renewed sense of connection to carry into your daily life.

Blossom is an embodiment facilitator with nearly a decade of experience in the Tantra world and over 25 years of combined experience in yoga, dance, holistic wellness and somatic practices, both self-trained and certified. With a deep understanding of the body’s wisdom and the power of feminine energy, Blossom has played key roles in over 80 Tantric Temple Spaces and personal development events, globally, blending movement, breathwork, and sacred music to inspire personal freedom and expansion.

Her unique approach combines movement as medicine, dynamic yoga, and dance, encouraging women to connect deeply with their bodies in joyful and intuitive ways. Blossom creates safe, supportive spaces where female-identified individuals can drop out of their heads and into their bodies, awakening their inner life force and feeling ready to embrace their day.
