Masterclass: Customer Development
Date: 27 March 2025
Time: 10:00 to 12:00
Location: SBIC Noordwijk
Join this masterclass led by Carmen Phillips to learn how to optimise the customer experience.
Start with the why!
We all know what we do – the jobs we perform, the products we sell, the services we offer. Some of us know how we do it – through our skills and experience. But very few of us can clearly articulate why we do what we do.
This masterclass is designed for anyone who wishes to uncover and express their shared purpose, cause, or belief. In a startup, loyalty and trust are essential – not just within the team but also in building meaningful connections with customers. These bonds are not built on features and unique selling points alone (how and what).
A team that believes in something bigger than themselves cultivates a culture of shared purpose that extends beyond the company. Customers, like team members, connect on an emotive level, driven by shared identity and beliefs.
For startups, this translates directly into customer development, helping you attract, engage and retain the right audience.
Key takeaways
Understanding your emotive brand allows you to identify, attract and serve the right customers – those who share your beliefs – creating lasting, authentic relationships. Join this event to:
