The IamExpat Fair is an international one-day event designed to connect and support the expat community in Germany.

Over the course of the day, you can meet businesses and organisations offering a variety of services, attend presentations and workshops to help you thrive in Germany, and encounter other internationals, all in a single location!

The IamExpat Fair Berlin 2025 will take place on May 17 at the Estrel's iconic Estrel Hall in Berlin.

How do I get to the Estrel Berlin?

How do I register for a workshop?

Free workshops and presentations will run throughout the day of the IamExpat Fair. Please note that you must register separately for each workshop and for general entrance to the IamExpat Fair. The Workshop Programme will be announced in March 2025.

Can IamExpat write a letter of invitation for visitors from abroad for the purpose of a travel visa?

No. Unfortunately, IamExpat cannot write a letter of invitation for visitors to attend the IamExpat Fair from abroad.

I would like to visit the Career section at the IamExpat Fair. How can I best prepare?

It is encouraged to bring an updated CV to the Career section of the IamExpat Fair to hand out to hiring companies and recruiters.

Do I need to register my children for a free ticket(s) if we attend the IamExpat Fair as a family?

Children under the age of 13 can attend the IamExpat Fair without registering for a ticket. Registration is required for all individuals above the age of 13.
