The IamExpat Fair is an international one-day event designed to connect and support the expat community in the Netherlands.

Over the course of the day, you can meet businesses and organisations offering a variety of services, attend presentations and workshops to help you thrive in the Netherlands, and encounter other internationals, all in a single location! Plus, the first 2.000 visitors will receive a stylish tote bag.

The IamExpat Fair Amsterdam 2025 will take place on March 8 in Amsterdam’s iconic Beurs van Berlage.

How can I attend the workshops at the IamExpat Fair?

Participants must be registered for General Entrance to the IamExpat Fair, and then register for each desired workshop separately. The workshop programme will be announced in October 2024 here: https://thehague.iamexpatfair.nl/program/

How early should I arrive for my workshop?

Please arrive at the workshop location 15 minutes before the start of the session. Workshop seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can IamExpat write a letter of invitation to visitors from abroad for the purpose of a travel visa?

No. Unfortunately, IamExpat cannot write a letter of invitation for visitors to attend the IamExpat Fair from abroad.

Do I need to get tickets for my children if we attend the IamExpat Fair as a family?

Children under the age of 18 can attend the IamExpat Fair without registering for a ticket. Registration is required for all individuals above the age of 18.

I would like to visit the Career section at the IamExpat Fair. How can I best prepare?
