About the Key Note Speaker - Eva de Mol
Eva de Mol, co-founder of CapitalT, the first and largest Dutch investment fund in technology founded by women, boasts a portfolio of over 25 investments in digital technology and artificial intelligence. During her PhD at Berkeley and VU University, she studied factors leading to startup success in Silicon Valley, concluding that team dynamics outweigh a good business plan or product marketability. An expert in diversity and inclusion, Eva provides concrete tools to improve company culture and believes international talent is crucial to the Netherlands' economic success. Her research is widely published, and she is a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review and Forbes.
