Unlock Your Power Colours

Art Coaching Workshop with Inga Knysh

Discover the colours that help you feel confident, grounded, calm — or ready to shine. This 2,5-hour art coaching workshop is a creative and personal deep-dive into what makes you you.

What you’ll get:

• A personalised colour map wheel of your unique “power” colours, which you'' create yourself with coloured pencils.

• Guidance on what colours you can surround yourself with — whether it’s an outfit, a cover of your notebook, a background, or a small object.

• Learn how your personal colours can positively impact your mood and energy.

• Tools to prepare emotionally and mentally for important meetings, interviews, or presentations.

What to expect:

• Inga will lead gentle, creative exercises that explore your emotional associations with colour.

• Through reflection and conversation, you’ll connect colour to your inner strengths, values, and personal expression.

• Mindfulness and visualisation exercises.

• Friendly and supportive atmosphere.

What not to expect:

This is not fashion advice workshop, although the clothes will be mentioned. The colour choices and personalisation are based on your life story, cultural background, emotional memories, and inner world — not trends. And yes, you can use those colours in your wardrobe.

It's not a drawing class or art tutoring class, although we will be drawing with coloured pencils. No special skills are required. You are encouraged to feel free and explore.

Goals for participants:

Frequently asked questions

1. Do I need to have any art or drawing experience?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for everyone — no art skills are needed. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore.

2. Is this a fashion or styling workshop?

No, this is not fashion advice. The colours we explore are personal to you — based on your life story, emotional associations, and cultural background. It’s about feeling good in your own skin, not following trends.

3. What will I take home with me?

You’ll leave with your own personalised colour map — a visual tool to remind you of the colours that boost your confidence, calm, and clarity — and how to use them in everyday life.

4. What if I can’t make this date? Will there be more workshops?

Yes! If you’re interested but can’t attend this one, please let me know — I’m planning future sessions and will try to choose dates that work for more people.

The workshop takes place in a beautiful new art studio in Rotterdam, called Joanne Art Design (new, fresh, full of light).
