Conscious leadership Tea Talks invigorate change from within while offering tangible practices to activate inner peace in today’s overstimulating world.

The talks are designed deeply knowing that sharing our stories can be a powerful tool for growth and transformation. Together, we highlight topics such as how to embrace new beginnings, deepen interpersonal relationships, and establish a self-enquiry routine for leaders.

What to expect:

We will start with guided tea meditation. Followed by intro on the topic of conscious leadership and the need of it. Each session is focused on specific topic from the framework called ALIGN :

A - Authenticity Staying true to your values and leading with integrity in all situations.

L - Leadership Redefining personal leadership, with a focus on conscious practices and impact.

I - Inclusivity Building communities and teams where diversity and belonging thrive.

G - Growth Embracing personal and professional evolution through self-awareness and resilience.

N - Nurturing Cultivating well-being, creativity, and a sense of purpose within yourself and others.

Each participant will be given self-enquiring prompts and safe space to share.For professionals, creatives, seekers, householders, leaders from various industries, changemakers and wisdom keepers in their space.

About The Facilitator:
Kremena blends her extensive corporate experience with the ancient practices of yoga and meditation. As a speaker and fractional CMO, her realistic, grounded, and attentive approach to leadership and mentoring brings the true art of conversation and community to life. She has organized international retreats, workshops, and leadership programs, and her work supports FreeFoodKitchen. Kremena lives in Amsterdam.
