Join Us for Our Final Community Circle of the Year!
Where do I end and others begin?
Back by popular demand, this circle will dive into the important topic of *boundaries*. In the messy business of being human, it’s easy to lose our centre—and you have to be careful whose story you wake up in.
By tuning into ourselves more deeply and staying connected to our values and our bodies, we can set and uphold boundaries that empower us to engage in community and movement work with clarity, confidence, and balance. Boundaries aren’t just about saying "no"; they’re about honouring yourself and fostering mutual respect in your connections with others.
This participatory workshop invites you to explore what boundaries look and feel like for you, especially in connection with others. Whether you're advanced in this work or just beginning to find out what it means to you, come ready to reflect, share, and connect in a courageous, supportive space.
Join us by donation and close the year with this enriching community experience.
What participants have said:
“I’m normally quite shy when I meet new people, at parties and social events, but here I was able to drop in and open up really quickly” - Santo
“I think the world needs more spaces like this! I loved that I could just come here and be myself and express myself” – Emily
About the organiser:
Sasha is interested in the stories we tell and how they shape our lives. For over 12+ years, he’s explored intentional communities, somatics & group dynamics. Sasha facilitates groups through processes that enable connection to self, other and community. He’s interested in what wants to emerge when people come together, what conditions are needed for that emergence, and how we all play a part in allowing new stories to unfold.
