About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

As we approach the new year, this breathwork circle invites you to find warmth and clarity within as we move towards the longer days. A moment to connect with yourself in between the eventful days. Through mindful, connected breathing and guided intention-setting, we’ll gently explore the light we carry inside and allow it to guide us forward.

This session will be an opportunity to reflect on what you want to leave behind, reconnect with what brings you strength, and align with your intentions for the year ahead. Together, let’s breathe into the promise of new beginnings, embracing both the darkness and the light.

What does a breathwork journey guided by Mees look like?

You can expect a journey that involves gentle circular breathing, designed to open up the physical, mental, and emotional body. Supporting you in grounding in your body and exploring the unconscious areas in your inner landscape.

Many people describe experiencing a sense of clarity, self-discovery, as they connect with their inner selves. Some may leave with insights or shifts in perspective, while others might simply feel a renewed sense of vitality and peace.

Each session has the potential to promote long-lasting well-being.

The group size is limited to 10 people so that every journeyer will feel safe, supported, and connected during the time together.

Breathwork journey:

Mees guides the group through a breathwork journey of about 1 hour, ensuring everyone is fully supported at all times. This is where you let your breath and the sounds and frequencies of the music be you guide. Being open to explore.

Return and integration:

Once the breath journey comes to an end, you're invited to come back into the room at your own time and pace. There will be time to share about your experience, and reflect on what you've felt.
