You're invited to join us in learning the fundamentals of botanical watercolour painting. Whether you've a few paintings under your belt, or are just starting out with watercolour, I'll have some fresh tips and tricks for you to discover, as well as a printed guide to take home.
NOTE This ticket is for the single stand-alone Lesson iii. Each session has a different focus~
Lesson iii~ 'Creative with Colour' (Sat 10.00-11.30)
Basic colour theory and how to choose your palette for the painting.
Some unexpected ways to choose and use colour.
Using the paint you have to its full potential, and play.
Each lesson will have a different choice of real and photographed botanical subjects to paint and study, and you'll pick up the fundamentals which can be applied to any painting subject, not just botanicals.
Laura Carter is a professional English illustrator, with several years experience of giving art workshops.
