Double Trouble is coming to The Social Hub for an exclusive Aperiteach on Ethnic Equity, Sustainable Fashion and Female Entrepreuneurship,
The Bologna-based brand was founded in 2014 by two sisters, Caterina and Margherita, and mixes Western and Afro-Gabonese fashion to celebrate the two founders' roots. Using tanned leathers of the finest quality from company stocks or from local Italian tanneries combined with African cotton Wax fabrics, the brand celebrates the excellence of Made in Italy while taking inspiration from African aesthetics, celebrating the diversity of cultures and freedom of style.
Two years ago, Double Trouble Bologna was crowned winner of the Start-Up section of the 10th edition of "Incredibol", a project organised by the Municipality of Bologna, thanks to their model of sustainable female entrepreneurship.
